General Rule
Refund eligibility depends on the type of product or service purchased, the stage of delivery, activation status, customization, usage, and any written terms presented at checkout or invoice.
Digital Services and Setup Fees
Digital setup services, profile setup, MTAP configuration, custom design, custom development, software access, onboarding, activated profiles, Experience setup, and completed digital services may be non-refundable once work has started, been delivered, or been activated.
NFC Cards and Physical Devices
NFC cards, tags, bracelets, stickers, welcome kits, packaging, and other physical products may be non-refundable once customized, encoded, shipped, activated, used, damaged, or linked to a customer profile or Experience.
Subscriptions
Subscription payments may be billed monthly, annually, or according to the checkout terms. Cancellation may stop future renewals but does not automatically refund the current or prior billing period unless required by law or approved by the Company in writing.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping, handling, rush processing, delivery, and fulfillment charges may be non-refundable once an order is processed or shipped.
Defective or Incorrect Devices
If a device is defective or the wrong item was shipped, contact us promptly with photos, order details, and device information. Approved replacements may be provided according to our Device Activation Policy and internal review.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers should contact us before initiating a chargeback. Accounts involved in chargebacks, disputed payments, fraud flags, or unpaid balances may be suspended or restricted while the issue is reviewed.
How to Request a Refund Review
To request review, contact us with your name, email, order number, plan, device code if applicable, payment date, and reason for the request. Approval is not guaranteed.
