Subscription and Billing Policy

Plans and Features
MTAP may offer plans such as One, Basic, Pro, Business, promotional, gift, directive/internal, and custom enterprise plans. Features, device limits, profile limits, Experience limits, edit limits, templates, customization, support, and add-ons may vary by plan.
Billing
Plans, subscriptions, one-time services, add-ons, setup fees, devices, shipping, and custom work may be billed according to the price and terms shown at checkout, invoice, quote, or written agreement.
Renewals
Subscription plans may automatically renew unless canceled according to the applicable plan terms. You are responsible for keeping payment information current.
Upgrades
Customers may upgrade plans through an approved payment flow. After successful payment, available features, limits, and access may be updated according to the new plan.
Downgrades
Downgrades may reduce features, device access, customization, storage, galleries, profiles, Experience tools, or other plan benefits. Some content may become unavailable if it exceeds the lower plan limits.
Add-On Devices and Services
Additional NFC cards, tags, bracelets, replacement devices, digital devices, profiles, Experience features, support, setup, design, or custom services may be billed separately.
Failed Payments
Failed, reversed, disputed, or overdue payments may result in reminders, retries, access limitation, subscription suspension, device restriction, delayed fulfillment, or account termination.
Cancellation
Cancellation stops future renewals when processed according to the applicable plan terms. Cancellation does not automatically refund prior payments, completed services, active billing periods, shipped products, activated devices, or custom work.
